Tu Nguyen has been coaching for 7 years. When he first Started Boxing, he started to compete amateur within the first couple of months just to try it out. He instantly fell in love with boxing and has been in the sport ever since. Tu loves to help bring out the potential in people and help them reach their fitness goals.
The most common advice Tu often gives members is to keep doing the best they can because every day in every way they will get better and better as a result.
Tu's training style is tough and dynamic. He will be honest pushing you to your limits with intense and methodical training.
