Our Fundamentals classes are recommended for adults just beginning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Kickboxing. They take an in-depth look at basic positions, and body mechanics. The instructor will guide students through a series of drills designed to aid in the development of muscle memory. The techniques taught in these classes will help students develop a solid foundation they can rely on as they move forward in their training. During each class, positional drills and sparring are used to reinforce the techniques that are taught. When instructor feels confident about the student's progress and ability, he or she can move on to our BJJ Advanced Techniques classes or Advanced Kickboxing classes. Students can work to earn stripes and belts as they progress.
