KICKBOXING

​If you have no experience or just wish to dust your skills off and get back in the ring for a great work-out, this Complete Boxing Program is for you! Focusing heavily on Conditioning, and Technique, our Boxing Program will teach you the Fundamental skills of Boxing. Our Boxing program is built on a 16 week rotating curriculum that will teach you the basic punching combos, foot work, and defense.

ADULT KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate and Muay Thai, Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

What to bring: Boxing shoes, wrestling shoes, or bare feet, athletic wear, hand wraps, 16oz gloves for males, 12-14oz gloves for females.
