​If you have no experience or just wish to dust your skills off and get back in the ring for a great work-out, this Complete Boxing Program is for YOU! Focusing heavily on Conditioning, and Technique, our Boxing Program will teach you the Fundamental skills of Boxing. Our Boxing program is built on a 16 week rotating curriculum that will teach you the basic punching combos, foot work, and defense.
