BOXING

​If you have no experience or just wish to dust your skills off and get back in the ring for a great work-out, this Complete Boxing Program is for you! Focusing heavily on Conditioning, and Technique, our Boxing Program will teach you the Fundamental skills of Boxing. Our Boxing program is built on a 16 week rotating curriculum that will teach you the basic punching combos, foot work, and defense.

ADVANCED BOXING

Here’s your opportunity to practice everything you learned in class and spar against other class members and even our trainers. In this class you will be supervised by one of our coaches and taught about the key points in sparring. You will learn about keeping distance between you and your partner, rhythm and timing, footwork, speed, and reaction. Sparring is also important for conditioning your mental and physical toughness for a fight. You learn how to keep focus, even while you are getting hit and while your adrenaline begins to take over. It also really puts your cardio to the test! 

What to bring: 14-16oz gloves, boxing shoes, wrestling shoes, or bare feet.

YOUTH BOXING

This all-levels class is an extension of the basic building blocks learned in BJJ fundamentals.  Students will further their knowledge in the intricacies of BJJ. The techniques taught during this class are often more advanced techniques that can be used for self defense or in competition. 1st degree BJJ black belt Chris Bower teaches his students how to put this technical knowledge into practice, and pushes his students to a higher level. This class is open to students of all levels, although it is recommended that less experienced students should take at least 6 weeks of BJJ fundamentals classes. This class is a gi class, and students work to earn stripes, and belts as they progress.
